I have a photo montage I need to get done quick and don't want to really spend much time with it... any suggestions?
And I don't like "muvees"

Doesn't Vegas have a pretty efficient way of throwing together a photo montage?

Pro Show GoldI agree (for the most part).
I recently did a montage for a woman who, after watching it at the office when she picked it up, said she'd had several of these made for different events and that the one I did for her was the best she'd seen. I used PSG to do it. I use PSG for most of my stand-alone montages.
PSG has some very good things about it and some things that are almost terrible. If you can get over the terrible things (which is not too hard to do) then the things it excels at are worth the money you pay for it.
I've looked at the other package from them that's supposed to be the "super duper" app, but for the life of me I can't see where anyone could justify paying the price for the extras it gives you. It seems to be aimed at photographers for some reason. Actually, PSG seems to be aimed at photographers, too, but a good videographer can really take advantage of some of the features.
Maybe one day I'll write a review of ProShow Gold, if anyone's interested.

Most definitely Vegas. If you want it done in only a few clicks...add Excalibur! :dance1:

For a preview of how Excalibur creates a photo montage, look at the "Video Scrapbook" sample video at http://www.jetdv.com/excalibur

For simple but elegant, you can't beat iPhoto on a Mac, but that presumes that you have access to a Mac...
iPhoto is scary easy...
