Continuous Ink People - question...

For those of you who use continuous ink systems for your Epson Photo Printers, where did you buy yours?
Also, please feel free to leave your thoughts on the product.

I'm using the Ink Caddy II ink system from Reliant Digital, I enjoy the system. Haven't used my first set of ink yet. but I don't see that the generic ink is a problem, at all.

Recieved an email from reliant the other day, that said there was a problem with some people saying their system leaked, haven't seen this problem myself. But they are supposed to be sending a tray to place the resevoir in.

I see from reliants web site that they currently are not listing Ink Caddy, just the refills. They are closed today due to blizzard. but you might want to give them a call when they reopen.

and their sales staff are great to work with.

Did you do a lot of price comparison before settling on Reliant?
I used to use 123 Inkjet for my cartridges, but now that I want to move to a continuous ink system, I noticed they don't carry it. I guess it makes sense that they don't carry something that would put the rest of their business on the decline... although it seems that an Ink Jet store should just carry all things Ink Jet, wouldn't you agree?

at the point I was looking they had it on sale for $99, and it came highly recommended by a couple WVP members. individual ink canisters are equivalent to about 11 epson cartridges so for $60.00 for refills of all cartridges in the long run will save a small fortune in ink.

I think that Earl and Sheila Orsi both use this system.

I did some research on other ink systems but couldn't find anyone that was using the other brands that I found.

Drew - Mine came from Reliant as well... I actually keep the ink caddy part in the foam container it came in ... I was afraid it might leak - BUT I have had NO problems and I still havent had to buy ink to refill it yet- and I use it daily! .... I highly recommend it!
