Any way to progressively slow down a clip? ( or speed up for that matter)

Like take it from 100% and make it gradually get to, say, 33% or is it a one size fits all speed thang??

With Edius Pro3.x, there is no way to speed ramp.
But with Edius 4, it's pretty easy.

I'm still on Pro3.6 and I usually just let the scrubber travel X distance, slice the clip, elongate the remainder, let the scrubber travel X distance again, slice the clip, elongate the remainder, and repeat.
