The second annual NJVA WEVA Institute Northeast Conference
About the Event:
The New Jersey Videographers Association is thrilled to welcome the WEVA Institute for the second annual Northeast conference Wednesday, May 12th! After a sold out first year, the conference moves to The Hilton Garden Inn Raritan Center. This new larger location is perfect for videographers from Washington D.C to Boston. It’s located less than 3 miles from “MetroPark,” which is a main stop on all Amtrak and Acela trains. The hotel is located directly off of the New Jersey Turnpike and Garden State Parkway, and is just minutes from Newark airport.
NJVA and WEVA will again welcome some of the hottest speakers from around the country. The event will feature an industry trade show, in addition to numerous networking opportunities. Discount pricing is available for all local association and WEVA members.
The day long event runs from noon until 10pm, with a break for dinner. Speakers will be announced in the coming days. This is the largest local educational and networking event of the year. NJVA and WEVA have arranged a discount hotel room rate of just $139.
This unique educational event will cover a wide range of topics that will enhance and grow your business. This is your opportunity to find out what’s hot this summer in the industry. Take NJ Turnpike North to Exit 10 to 514 West towards Raritan Center. Stay on the right towards Raritan Center, At the first traffic light make a left hand turn on King Georges Post Road and proceed to hotel on left.
From Garden State Parkway South: Take 129 and follow the signs to highway 287 North for approximately 1 mile to Highway 514 West. Follow the signs to the Raritan Center Parkway. Turn left on King Georges Post Road the Hotel is on the left.
