Did you check the Adobe Studio Exchange? I know the have a huge selection of Photoshop stuff.. Might be worth checking out..

I'm not sure about Illustrator brushes, but I make a lot of my own photoshop brushes pretty frequently.

That's probably pretty useless information for you. :-|
