Does anyone know of a software that will automatically create subtitles for captured video or do we have to type out everything word for word?

We've only done one of these, and the couple translated everything they wanted subtitled for us, and we then typed it out. It wasn't too bad, but if there is a program (and I bet there is) we'd all like to know about it....

I've never heard of a program specifically for this, but if you had a voice recognition program that would create a text file (seems to me that IBM or someone had a prog that did this for email) then the rest is easy. If you needed to go to the FCP timeline, then you could import it to a titler, but even easier would be to use it with the subtitle features in DVDSP.
